Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstract Submission:
To submit an abstract, participants must be registered for the conference. Abstracts may be submitted prior to payment, which can be completed later. The final deadline for registration fee payment is July 31, 2025. Failure to complete payment by this date may result in removal of your work from scientific program.
Abstract submission deadline is May 25, 2025 (23:59, CEST).
Submission Process:
Abstracts can only be submitted via the EMF-15 website. To log in into the system please use your email address provided in the participant registration form and the participant ID which you have received in the registration confirmation email. The portal allows authors to submit abstracts. Submitted abstracts can be edited until May 25, 2025. After this date all submissions are considered final, and no further changes are permitted.

Multiple Submissions:
Authors are welcome to submit multiple abstracts, with no fee required for submission.
Abstract withdrawal:
To withdraw an abstract, the first author must submit a request to office@emf15-katowice2025.org by July 31, 2025. Withdrawal requests after this date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Abstract Review:
The review process for submitted abstracts will conclude by June 30, 2025, with participants notified of the Program Committee’s decision. Following the review, the committee may suggest changes to the presentation type or reassign it to a different session.
